What this means for the rankings
Every ranked list on this site is split into two visible tiers. The first contains the eight network brands, with plan figures we can confirm. The second contains third-party providers we do not operate, whose published figures are their own claims and are flagged as unverified.
We do not present third-party services as tested. We do not publish invented figures for them. If a provider is in tier two, the honest description of our knowledge is 'listed, not verified', and that is what the page says.

Links to provider billing pages may earn this site a commission. They carry rel="nofollow sponsored". Commission does not change the order of any list — the ordering inputs are set out on our about page and are all price and plan facts.
Legality
Delivering television over an internet connection is legal technology. Whether a specific service is legal depends on whether it holds distribution rights for what it carries. Licensed services are fully legal. A service selling premium content at an implausible price may not hold those rights in your country, and that is worth asking about before you buy.
